Customer support

Email support@sitzo.in. We aim to respond within two business days.

For an existing purchase, include your ERPNext order number. For a new product enquiry, include the product name, delivery PIN code, required quantity and preferred finish.

Damaged delivery

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the outer packaging, the full product and the affected area. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next step.

Security

Sitzo will never ask you to share your card PIN, UPI PIN, password or one-time password over email or phone.
