These terms apply when you browse Sitzo’s storefront or place an order for furniture and related services.

Product colours and grain can vary naturally across timber, fabric and screens. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly confirmed. Products may be made to order, so “available to order” does not necessarily mean ready for immediate dispatch.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The checkout total is confirmed before payment. An order is accepted when Sitzo issues an order confirmation; we may contact you before production if a specification or delivery detail needs clarification. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected, with the option of a full refund.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available only where shown at checkout. Sitzo may pause or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Production may begin after confirmation. Custom dimensions, finishes, engraving and other personalised choices are made specifically for you and therefore have more limited cancellation and change-of-mind rights, without affecting remedies for damage, defects or an incorrect product.
You are responsible for providing an accurate address and disclosing access restrictions. Delivery estimates may change due to production or carrier conditions. Please see our shipping policy.
Our cancellation and refund policy and warranty policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You must provide accurate checkout information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access or use payment methods without permission.
