Warranty

General coverage

Unless a product states otherwise, Sitzo furniture includes a 12-month limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in the frame, structure and workmanship under normal household use.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, scratches, dents, fading, fabric pilling or natural variation in timber, stone, cane or leather.
• Damage from misuse, overloading, impact, pets, insects, moisture, direct heat or prolonged sunlight.
• Incorrect assembly, relocation, storage, cleaning or repairs by an unauthorised person.
• Commercial use unless the order expressly includes commercial-use coverage.

Making a claim

Email support@sitzo.in with your order number, photographs or video, and a description of the issue. We may request an inspection. An accepted claim may be resolved through repair, replacement parts, replacement of the product or another reasonable remedy.

Care matters

Following the supplied assembly and care guidance helps prevent avoidable damage. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
