Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, optional GSTIN, account details, cart contents, order history, product preferences, communications and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the website.

How we use it

• To provide product information, checkout and customer accounts.
• To process payments, orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds.
• To prevent fraud, secure the service and maintain business records.
• To send service messages about an order.
• To send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it.

Service providers

Order and customer records may be processed through ERPNext and Supabase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Sitzo does not store full card or UPI credentials. Delivery details may be shared with the courier or logistics provider selected for your order. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, unsubscribe from marketing, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Some order and payment records must be retained for accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

Cookies

Essential cookies are used for carts, secure checkout, sign-in and private order access. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should only be introduced with appropriate notice and consent.
